This page includes documents that guide the community to make the best decisions possible for the everyday challenges of the business of BellaVita for today and tomorrow. The documents also provide the responsibilities for owners in BellaVita as members of the association. The future is made through the decisions of today, so take the time to familarize yourself with the governing documents and policies that will allow you to be an informed and involved resident.
In adddition, owners in BellaVita are required to follow the deed restrictions for Villas Master. The Villas Master Home Owners Association serves three neighborhoods- Villa Verde, Villa D'Este and BellaVita. It was established by the Developer to cover common areas of shared interest. Four Bellavita Directors sit on the VMHOA Board along with two elected Directors from each of the other two neighborhoods. VMHOA is our Master Association and therefore the VMHOA By-laws and Declaration (CCR) take precedence over the BVHOA documents. Please see the Villas Master tab for those documents. The VMHOA Board meetings are announced to all owners of all three neighborhoods, and are open to all owners.
